The Darkrooms

Now in its 17th year of offering photography classes and darkroom rentals, the Mid-Coast Community Darkrooms goal is to help increase the public’s awareness of photography as an art form; to provide an opportunity for students of all ages to learn photography in a creative and supportive environment; to provide a place for skilled photographers to come and share their knowledge with others; and to provide a forum for exchange of ideas and information. Courses are held year-round for youths and adults in after-school, evening, weekend, and week-long programs. Instruction ranges from beginning through advanced.
